TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
All sail trips required advanced reservation and 100% payment deposit.
 
Sailing waiver, terms and agreement acknowledgement must be signed by all passengers before the sail starts.
 
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
The following conditions apply: cancelling or rescheduling your reservation greater than five days before your sail results in 100% refund or reschedule.
 
If you cancel 5 to 3 days before your sail, you will receive a 50% refund or there will be a 20% rescheduling fee applied.
 
If you cancel less than 3 days prior to your sail, there is no refund or there will be a 25% rescheduling fee.
 
Weather Conditions:
Occasionally there will be times when the weather will be so extreme that we will not be able to sail. Examples of extreme conditions include gale warnings and waves over 6ft . For most other weather conditions we are sailing.
The Captain monitors weather conditions on a daily basis and he will determine whether the conditions are favorable for sailing. Should the weather be so inclement that your sail would need to be cancelled, we will reschedule you for the first available time slot that is agreeable to both parties.
 
Unforeseeable Delays:
We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control. Should a mechanical issue prevent us from leaving on time we will offer you the option of either waiting or rescheduling to the next available date.
 
Alcohol:
The same rules that apply to the “land” apply to the “sea”. You must be 21 years or older to drink alcohol. If you show up intoxicated, you will not be allowed to board the boat. If you become intoxicated while sailing, the captain reserves the right to cancel the sail and you will be responsible for the full cost of the sail.
 
Boat Damages:
Passengers will be responsible for damages caused by their negligence. All charges including parts and labor will be the responsibility of the offending party.
 
Swimming:
